Holidays Claims
If you have suffered an injury on holiday, it may well be that the tour package provider is liable to pay you compensation.
Ordinarily, members of the public book their holidays through a tour package provider. Essentially, a tour package is defined as 'the pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price, when this service covers a period of 24 hours or more, or includes overnight accommodation:
- Transport
- Accommodation
- Other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant portion of the package.
It is important to note that the obligations upon the tour package provider to provide accommodation and standards are as per the regulations and law in the country in which the holiday was taken. Whilst this can sometimes impact upon the prospect of success, with claims of this nature we have extensive experience in claims of this area.
There are strict time limits over and above standard limitation in relation to holiday claims. It is essential that you make prompt contact with us. Our experienced team will then be able to assess whether the claim has merit.
If you believe you qualify to make a claim, contact us today for us to assess the merits of your case on 01633 262848.
